"It's difficult to identify one special part of our new Heartland home as a favorite place because the entire home is such a delight to live in.  Our den, great room and sun room are spectacular, however, which we enjoy so very much.

The Fairmont was just the plan we were looking for and the location was near where we were living.  The quality construction impressed us and here we are with a dream house in our lives to recharge our batteries again at our senior age.

We have built four homes in life span to date and this go-around was one of the easiest!

We made some custom changes to the original plan, mainly an enlarged den, a bay window in the dinning area, a sunroom and of course a fireplace in the vaulted great room for those cozy cold winter nights. Now that we live here there is really nothing we would change.  We're happy with everything the way it is. The added bonus of course, are the people we know who live here and the new ones we are meeting.

What would I tell somebody who is thinking about purchasing a Heartland Home, go for it!"
