Q: What makes Heartland Everywhere different?
A: For more than two decades, Heartland Homes has designed and built custom homes and communities of the highest quality and value. Heartland Everywhere takes the same quality commitment and offers it to those who already own their own home site. With no construction loan and the highest level of customer service - there simply is no comparison.
Q: Are there limitations to what Heartland Everywhere will build?
A: No. As a design build firm, we are able to modify our existing designs or design from the ground up to meet your lifestyle needs. We are also able to build from a design you already have. Please contact us for further details.
Q: Who actually builds the home?
A: In our Turn-Key program your home will be constructed, supervised, and warranted by Heartland Homes. So you can relax knowing your home will be built right. In our Owner/Builder program you can either take on the role of general contractor yourself, or you can be referred to a seperate general contractor that you hire.
Q: Can you offer any help with financing?
A: Certainly! We have very strong relationships with a wide variety of lenders, many local to our market, that understand the "on your lot" process. The number of homes we design and build each year give our customers more options in financing as well. Please contact us for further details!
Q: Do I need to own land prior to talking with Heartland Everywhere?
A: No. We would be happy to start a dialog with you at any point. However, final pricing can only be completed after a (free) home site evaluation. We also have scattered lots ready to go in Mt. Lebanon, Upper St. Clair, Peters Twp, Cranberry Twp, Franklin Park, Morgantown, and many other locations!
