Two Decorated Model Home GRAND OPENING Events -
March 14th/15th & 21st/22nd from 12pm - 5pm!

Both homes are the Pinehurst floor plan, but that is where the similarities end. The first home, at Sonoma Ridge in Moon Township, features four bedrooms, a soaring two-story great room, and a children's play room on the first floor. The second home, at Chadwick Estates in Peters Township, features five bedrooms, a first floor study & formal living room, and a more contemporary color palette.

Why build two models of the same floor plan at the same time? "It really highlights the fact that every home we build is truly a custom home," says Scott Blodgett, chief operating officer. "Each home feels completely different and would be ideal for two different styles of living - and we leave it up to our customers to build the home that's best for them."

Both model home GRAND events will have refreshments on hand, as well as extra staff to handle all of your questions and provide guided tours.
