The Belmont – Starting at 1,820 square feet and four bedrooms standard, this new home design is perfect for a growing family!
The Clairemont – An attached garage version of the Belmont, offers some additional space and a few higher end standard features.
The Springfield – You’ve been asking for it, and It’s finally here! The Springfield is an attached garage home with a 1st floor master, but with the traditional layout of two story home.
The Deerfield – is our newest Charleston series home and features a first floor master with a standard second floor. It can be expanded to four bedrooms, and has many new custom features.
